The Sandhills Duplicate Bridge Players Association (SDBPA) is a North Carolina Not-For-Profit Corporation organized for the following purposes:
- Preserving and promoting the best interests of competitive duplicate bridge which shall include the holding of social events and publicizing our activities and the game;
- Sponsoring, organizing, and underwriting sectional duplicate bridge tournaments in conjunction with our Unit and ACBL;
- Cooperating with and assisting in the promotion of duplicate bridge tournaments organized by other organizations and sanctioned by ACBL;
- Sponsoring and promoting educational projects designed to introduce new players to the game of duplicate bridge or improve the skills of those already playing the game.
Membership in the SDBPA is open to all individuals who play Duplicate Bridge.
